We decode clients’ data and provide science-backed recommendations including specialized training programs, when and how often to recover, nutrition tips, CBD and natural stress reducing products and services to improve sleep, reduce inflammation & cortisol and speed up muscle recovery. We track your heart rate, calories burned, etc. to make sure you are hitting your highest potential. We monitor your recovery score to know when it’s time for a recovery day + stretch session.
